Changes

For change(*,**) (non-defective product) you will be charged the return shipping costs and the costs of the new shipment.

Greece. Especially if your purchase is more than €50, you only bear the return costs of €5.00.

International: The return costs are covered by the customer.

The exchange period expires after 7 calendar days from the day you or a third party acting on your behalf, other than the carrier, has acquired physical possession or control of the goods.

The above does not apply to products purchased in special offers and marked as “non-refundable”.

*Please note that changes are always made at the current price of the product, i.e. the price of the product on the day the change is made.
** Changes are accepted ONLY if the product has not been opened or used. We reserve the right not to accept a change if the product packaging is unopened.

 

Returns

You may withdraw from the Contract within 7 calendar days without cause. The withdrawal period expires after 7 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party acting on your behalf, other than the carrier, has acquired physical possession or control of the goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, part or all of your order must be sent:
– The completed return form
– The documents accompanying the item (delivery note, sales receipt)

Our company will refund the amount of the order in the same way you chose when you purchased it, after deducting the return costs.

Greece. Especially if your purchase is more than €50, and you were not charged shipping, we will deduct the shipping/return costs of €5.00.

International: Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

In any case, you will not be charged any additional costs for this return except the shipping costs.

Any shipping costs paid by you will not be refunded.

Credit will be issued without delay, usually within 3 – 5 working days and in any case within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the goods to be returned.

Necessary conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal are:
– The product must not have been used.
– The product must not have been used.
– The product must not have been used or opened.

All items must be returned in the perfect condition in which they were received, without damage, without any defects (without prejudice to the return of a defective product), complete and in their packaging (for items received in special packaging) and accompanied by all the necessary documents.

Return or Replacement of defective products

Our company takes every possible measure to ensure that all products are specially and carefully packed in order to reach you without damage. In very rare cases, however, there is a possibility that one of these products may be damaged during shipment to you or that you may receive a product with a defect. For this reason, and notwithstanding your above right of withdrawal which is not affected, we invite you to check the products upon receipt.

If you receive the product without expressing a specific reservation, it means that you have unconditionally received the product from our company. However, if you find that there is damage and/or a defect in the product, you can inform us within 7 days of receipt by contacting us at (+30) 2510 620 014 or by e-mail at info@farmacyroom.gr, indicating whether you wish to receive a replacement or if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you wish to have a new product sent to you for replacement, the new product will be sent to you at no additional charge.

In the event that the product you have received is proven to be defective from its manufacture, then you may request its replacement with the same or another product of your choice and/or the issuance of a credit invoice, or an interest-free refund of the money paid if the product you wish to replace is not available, provided that you send the relevant electronic order no later than 7 days from the date of receipt.
