• Your skin area should be dry and clean before application
• stretch your chin slightly upwards to tighten the skin
• Take the pad off the foil and place it on your neck.
• Wear it as long as you like – but at least one hour.
• the longer and more regularly you use it, the more lastingly your skin will regenerate

After use, place it back on the foil and keep your pad in the reusable sachet bag. 

Clean it occasionally with mild soap.
